The Saga continues

The date is 3rd and 4th of July.

After the initial struggle for survival and power had past the survivors from the millennium bug split in to 3 groups and for many years there was no major problems. Until 20 years later on both sides started to loose people in the night. The allied armed nations and the red union are now at war, with both sides believing that if they can capture the leaders of the other side then they will take power and the kidnappings would stop.

The merchants, these are a small but powerful group. They are totally natural and must not be attacked at anytime. Items can be traded with them to help with the war. Any item that you own or find across the area can be traded with them for gold. You can carry the gold on your person but if the enemy come up to you after they have shot you they can check for the gold. You can store the gold in the vault at each or your main bases. These vaults cannot be open by the enemy but can be opened by a safe cracker which you can by with some of your own gold from the merchants, this is a man that is paid by the hour and if you don’t get him to the vault within the time you have hire him for he will just up and leave. The Merchants will be played by marshal and have a non combat role.

Teams

Allied Armed Nations
. Before the end of civilisation as we knew it, these were military and government officials. Wanted everything thing to be rebuilt with them in power. Based in camp bravo where they have built a heavy military complex.

Red union wanted the world to be improved and everyone to be equal.

Raiders. Nobody really knows but it is thought they are coming out of the lands that have always been a no go zone as it was thought they were eradiated when the millennium bug hit. Are they people? Survivor that were stuck in a bunker or have they be been deformed in the radiation.
The raiders will be a small group of players that are picked by Combat Action Games and will be playing with a slightly different and restricted regen rules, as well as coming in and out of the game.

Booking is now being taken.

The price is £45 if you pay a £20 deposit before 30th of June, otherwise it will be £55 on the day.

We intend to run this as a full days play on both days but we will assess the weather closer to the event and may inforce a half an hour break in the middle of the day to ensure that people are taking plenty of water on.

Work beinnings

Friday, February 12th, 2010

We have started new works on our main airsoft site, First Wave in flethorpe.

This week the work started on the airsoft games field known as camp bravo. This is the start of the CQC constuction around the outside of the main bunker. There is currently 7 new barrackeds some at neeling hight and some at full standing hight. There is plans for this to be extended again within a week making camp bravo a fast moving CQC zone. We have also cleared much of the dead fall and put this around the outside.

Work has also started on a 2nd bunker at bravo covering the lareg pit at the end of the trench on the left hand side. This can only be accessed by one door leading into it from a trench. Once inside you have well protected cover to fire out of onto the advancing team.

We have also started to extend the tunnel coming out of the main bunker going towards the check point and enterance into bravo which will have another 2 roofed sand bag bunkers.

We expect most of the work at coamp bravo to be finished by the next airsoft game on the 21st of feb. These bunkers will be cleaned up and roofed. Look forward to seeing you all at the game and trying the addition to the site.

What is coming in the next couple of weeks.
We are working on a new trench system that will be closer to the safe zone meaning that we game get in more airsoft games and less walking around.

This is going in the area that some may know as RED CAMP.
